What do we do?

1. We teach workshops and seminars that update your cross-cultural skills, especially for use in East Asia.

2. We conduct training for professionals who communicate either on-line or face to face with people from East Asia.

3. We evaluate cross-cultural competencies with the Intercultural Development Inventory.

4. We do market research in East Asia for companies already selling, or who want to sell, consumer products in East Asia.

5. We prepare visual training materials.
